GROUT REPAIRS
One of the most frequent calls we get regarding tile grouting is for recolouring. Grout is porous and as such will absorb a small amount of any moisture which takes a little longer to dry than the tiles. The result is that the grout will never really be totally cleaned and this will eventually cause grout discolouration. Another common issue is grout chipping and/or falling out. We can remedy any grout repairs required.
It is our experience that many of us think a grout repair can be achieved by a DIY and it is also our experience that grout repair or replacement is not so easy. When you need to replace some grout it requires knowledge and skill to know what particular grout to use, how much of the grout line do you replace and how to match the colour so that it is not obvious.
